Are you passionate about serving, nurturing and supporting children and families across Coventry,

 making a lasting positive impact on their lives?   

 

We are looking for a nurturing and empathic person to join the Coffee Tots staff team, working alongside our Children Families and Communications Lead to support the delivery of our First 1000 Days Programme through both sessional programme delivery and café-based activities, whilst building relationships with the vulnerable parents and their young children that we serve, offering them care and support through demonstrating a non-judgemental Christian ethos.

 

This is an exciting time to join Coffee Tots.  Earlier this year we moved to the Wave Waterpark and with the larger space we are now reaching out to 3 times as many families on a daily basis.  This post offers the exciting opportunity to help develop support for families in this new setting.  We believe that the need for a place where families can feel supported, valued and loved is more important than ever after the isolation and hardship experienced by so many families over recent years.
